Deborah Ann Ryan, was born in Huntsville, Alabama on May 13th, 1993. She lived in Alabama until the age of 7 where she then moved to Germany and started started doing professional theater. At age 10, moved back to the United States. Debby realized what she wanted to do which was to become an actress. In 2008, Debby got a major role on a Disney Channel Series called, The Suite Life on Deck, as Bailey Pickett.
